Fixes & Minor Enhancements
- Add bed type to booking detail report
- Resolve issue with availability page not displaying correct when using bed types and bed type name is long
- Fix issue with booking emails being sent when make a payment, even if select to not send notification emails
- Fix timer so will continue to countdown when log out and log back in again
- Add "includes GST of $x.xx" to bottom of invoice (based on new GSTPercent parameter)
- Add General Fee to invoice line type options
- Fix issue with invoice not displaying for payment when invoice type is other
- Remove guests from subscription / yearly fees table on members fee page
- Add BPayID to top of invoice (based on having BPayID selected as option in MembershipProfileFields parameter)
- Upgrade editor to resolve issues in IE11
- Update Google Analytics to allow more flexibility using GoogleAnalyticsTrackingCode and GoogleAnalyticsPosition parameters
- Resolve error where weekend and weeknight booking periods are not displaying correctly on availability calendar
- Resolve error in booking conditions where conditions always display
