New Features
- When adding a new booking, or adding people or nights to a booking, allow to select different nights for the people in the booking (functionality turned on / off by using ShowEveryoneAllNights parameter)
- Allow members to add people to a booking already in progress (will set nights that have already passed to cancelled status)
- Add Pay Now field to make payment screen for when using a credit note to pay an invoice which doesn't totally cover the cost of the invoice to allow to select to just use the credit note now, and pay the rest later
Fixes & Minor Enhancements
- Add new parameter "AutoChangeBedRates" to control whether bed rates are automatically updated when moving people between different bed categories
- Add total approved people to top of print and PDF view of bed list
- Fix issue with booking periods ignoring the type of member as well as number of days when ignoreMinDaysRules param is set
- Update Bunk List with License Plate report to exclude members checking out
- Update Bunk List report to exclude all lodges section when only have a single lodge
- Create new report to show number of approved by date and member status
- Fix show detail panel on Manage and My Bookings to show perferred bed type correctly
- Don't set evening meals to 0 by default so members have to enter the number of meals they want on arrival
- Update cancel people / nights page to only show a tick or cross icon for including people in or excluding people from booking
- Fix error with booking fee displaying twice on confirmation screen when booking is across multiple booking periods
- Fix confirmation page displaying incorrect dates when booking is across multiple booking periods
